I joined this industry as a way to start my career and grow personally and professionally. Working as a salon coordinator at Beauty & the Beach has helped me build confidence in speaking with others and creating meaningful connections. I’m proud of the progress I’ve made in stepping outside my comfort zone and learning to communicate with people from all walks of life.
